I absolutely LOVE Newman’s Automotive! I originally came here with my sister to get our car fixed, and from the moment we walked in, everyone was incredibly helpful, kind, and welcoming. While I was sitting there looking pretty slumped over, Mr. Newman came up and asked me if I wanted to feed the fish — which, as a 30-year-old teenager, immediately perked me right up 😂. I got to feed the fish, and he sat there and chit-chatted with us about our pets and animals. It was such a small thing, but it genuinely made an impact on me. He was just an outstanding human being. Today, I had the opportunity to bring one of my company vehicles in, and we’ll be doing business with Newman’s moving forward. Mr. Newman was there again, and honestly, he is just an incredible person. You can tell he has built a fantastic team that genuinely cares about people. I will be recommending Newman’s Automotive to everyone until I am blue in the face. Great service, great people, and somehow even the fish are part of the experience. Thank you, Newman’s Automotive, for being the kind of business that makes people actually WANT to come back!

I came here after a rough experience with another popular mechanic in the area. The issue was simple to diagnose and resolve, but I was looking for a shop that was willing to explain and guide me to the best solution for my car and my wallet. Newman’s shop techs were so kind and knowledgeable. They gave me multiple options and price points with various warranty ranges. After the repair was complete, the tech, Jared (shout out Jared, he was so helpful) popped the hood and walked me through the repairs that had been done.

Very friendly customer service from all members, I was offered a loaner car which was very appreciated as the order for the tires was going to be fulfilled next day. Car was worked on first thing and ready by noon. Also they have an amazing fishtank to watch at the waiting area! I will come back for other services.

I visited Newman’s Automotive twice within two months. My first visit was a positive experience. Staff was friendly, communicative, and provided me with a loaner vehicle while my car was being repaired. However, I paid about $2,800, which I felt was significantly more expensive than comparable shops. My second visit changed my opinion completely. It took three days to diagnose my car. Each day I was told I would receive an update the following day, but I never did. I had to call them just to find out they needed another day. After the diagnosis, I owed about $2,300 for towing, labor, and replacement of a part they had installed only about a month earlier. They did credit the cost of the original part, but I still had to pay hundreds more because of the additional labor and related costs. They then requested another diagnostic fee before continuing. After that, I was quoted an additional $2,500 to complete the repair, bringing the total to $4,800. I declined the repair and asked to pay my bill so I could take my car elsewhere. I was then told they would not reassemble the vehicle because I “didn’t pay for that service.” My car was returned not drivable, with dirty, greasy parts pla

This was my first visit, and I had a 3:30pm appointment for an oil change. The staff — especially Mike — was friendly, welcoming, and quick to understand what I needed. Everyone I interacted with seemed knowledgeable and professional. The only downside was the wait time. The oil change took nearly two hours, and there was no communication about the delay. I noticed a couple of other customers experiencing the same thing, so I assumed they might have been short-staffed. Clearer updates or transparency about wait times would have made a big difference. If the communication matched the level of service, this would easily have been a five‑star experience.
